How do I know which firmness to choose?

Since every neck is unique, we highly recommend chatting with Founder Mr. Goh for a quick 1-on-1 assessment to avoid any guesswork.

However, if you prefer to order immediately, our Medium firmness is the most popular starting point. Plus, with our Firmness Exchange Guarantee, you can easily swap it later if it’s not your perfect fit—so you can buy with total confidence.

Will the Micro-Lift™ shift while I sleep?

No, it will stay securely in place. The Micro-Lift™ is designed to be inserted at the base of the pillow core, held firmly together by our custom-fit TENCEL™ Modal cover.
You can toss and turn naturally without losing your perfect cervical alignment.

Can I wash the pillow?

The outer TENCEL™ Modal cover is fully machine washable (we recommend using a laundry bag on a gentle cycle).

However, please do not wash the inner pillow core or the Micro-Lift™, as water will damage the material. They are naturally dust-mite resistant—simply air them out in a well-ventilated, shaded area occasionally.
