The Cooler Fabric

The multi-layers include Plush Pillow Top, Belgian Latexco 7-Zone Latex, Memory Foam, and double layers of high-density PU Foam.

The 7-Zone Belgian Latexco Latex

The latex used in the comfort layer is highlighted for its extreme comfort and softness. It is imported from Belgium and produced by the patented SonoCore process.

The SonoCore process uses Radio Frequency Technology and Dielectric Heating. This method produces latex with an ergonomic zoning design, delivering extreme comfort and softness to the body. As a result, it further enhances the mattress's overall comfort by complementing the 7-zone spring structure.

The Titanium Alloy Spring

Because titanium springs are widely used in the aerospace industry due to their excellent fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, and high resonant frequency. These properties improve the mattress's lifespan and support.

Since titanium springs are less dense and have lower mass, meaning they require less energy to accelerate and decelerate with each movement. This further enhances the spring's lifespan and, therefore, lengthens the mattress's lifespan.

Pocket Spring & Solid Foam Box

Each individual titanium alloy spring is encased in a fabric pocket and sewn together. This independent spring system design benefits the mattress by providing Motion Isolation (anti-interference), Silence, Pressure Point Relief.
